Introduction

The TBK 968 manual vacuum LCD separating machine with a built-in Pump is used for mobile phone LCD repair and tablet PC refurbishing.

Features

● The LCD separator is suitable for phones and tablets that are under 14 inches.

● Auto heating metal plate, the maximum temperature is 400 centigrade. The temperature should be set to 80 centigrade to 100 centigrade when you do the job on iPhone and galaxy series.

● Built-in air pump, divided mobile phone and tablet separation area.

● The anti-static body prevents the LCD and flex cable from being damaged. Safe-with safety power system inside, avoiding the electric leakage problem.

How to use the TBK 968 manual vacuum LCD separating machine with a built-in Pump?

● Connect to the power

● Put the screen glass side on the pad

● Preheat the screen with the temperature set to 90℃

● Click the button to suck

● Separate the LCD by moving to and fro the cutting wire till the LCD is separated. ( Note : If glass cracked, laminate a tape on the glass, avoid debris interrupting)
